The nationally-broadcast radio program From The Top featured Youth Symphony I in the broadcast taping on December 2, 2016, courtesy of a partnership with Hawaii Public Radio.
From The Top showcases America’s top, young classically-trained musicians in an exciting live radio format. Selected musicians performed with Christopher O’Riley, a celebrated pianist and host of the show. As part of the production, From The Top invited HYS students to participate in an Arts Leadership discussions that align with HYS’s Mission, Vision, Core Values, and Strategic Priorities.
